Getting an account
You open an account by applying at the ‘sign up’ page and simply follow the instructions. After your application has been approved, you will receive an email with your username and password. Once you sign you in, go to your ‘my account’ area to see your rate list, download invoices and make pre-payments.
Each customer can make a couple of test calls before making a pre-payment.
VoiceTrading is only a prepaid service. You can set up your payment plan through your ‘my account’ area and choose either Moneybookers, Ukash, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
There are two account currencies: EUR and USD. Your rate lists, payments and billing will be in whatever currency you have chosen.
VoiceTrading offers 3 routes (EUR & USD), each with different rates and quality levels:
|VoiceTrading Grey:||lowest possible rate, no guaranteed quality|
|VoiceTrading Standard:||low rate, high quality|
|VoiceTrading Premium:||slightly higher rate, best possible quality|
Every route has it's own dialling format:
For example for calls to Germany:
|VoiceTrading EUR/USD Grey:||00001 49 12345678|
|VoiceTrading EUR/USD Standard:||00 49 12345678|
|VoiceTrading EUR/USD Premium:||00000 49 12345678|
